I guess they were 500g before the bottoms dried out completely? I’ll probably be able to use like 300g tops. Bought on Friday

  1. That sucks! That’s why maybe they cover the bottoms to sell them… otherwise no one would get them.

  3. You’ve taken them away, dried out, and weighted? Or I’m missing something?

  4. I always chrck the weight on the veggie and fruit packages.

  5. Cut the bottom 2-3cm and stand in water. They will rehydrate a bit.

  6. Asparagus must be eaten very quick after harvest, because they begin to lignify super quick. Add dehydration and you’ll end up with chewy and woody stuff that is not very pleasant to eat.
