Dear redditors,

As my German is not at the best level, last week one of SWK sales people explained me that they come from the German state, check prices…and so on. In short, I’ve signed contract with them at the doors, which I was not aware. (Its my lesson wont happend again).
I have 14 days to cancel it, so I wanna do it tomorrow.

Can someone help me please and send me their link, I found some but not 100% sure.

They are legit and everything is cool, I just feel deceived and thats why I don’t want to accept this contract.
As person who I talked with said “No its not contract, don’t worry. We are just checking prices”. Even I got better prices then my current company, I dont want to make a switch.

When I google “SWK energie Vertragskündigung”
I get this below

So I guess sending email with my personal information and my kundennummer will do the job?

  1. The 14-day period applies to online purchases and not the in person agreements. But definitel, you can/should send them canceled telling that the agreement was made in bad faith and using false premise.

    People have legal insurance for things such as thi if they ignore your request.
