Part one: We must take care to nominate states head according to her/his ethnicity to consider following and practising faith of Abraham. to avoid malicious activites sponsored by statrse.g. Israel, States of Asia and Africa including China, Viyetnam, Kambodia, China etc…We shall introduce this proposition in next UNGA 's Article resolution.We choose railway station where much passengers travel without paying ticket due to recess after pandemic (pandemic is still now looming across every streets of planet) for implementation of sustainable energy train because of arising less chance of public protest due to less speed and more time to travel in sustainable energy train.  Alll of Passengers paying ticket are supposed to launch vigorous public protest due to speed and time limitations of sustainable energy train when we implement this AI enabled model in existing trains. We may add more combustion chambers into engine to overcome this issue of speed and time limitations of sustainable energy trains as launched recently in Indian railways by Germany. We need to do lot of experiments to take readings of speed and time taken to travel a certain distance while we engage concerned High voltage DC dyanamo /generator at axle below compartment/wagon floor at different speeds of train. While we engage DC dyanamo to axle through AI enabled automatic control system, existing speed of train decreases due to power consumed by dyanamo. We need to install special clutch system similar to car engine to engage different sets of gears with shaft of dyanamo. This process may be performed through manual similar to car driving or automatic control system by adding Arduino Nano enabled to engage and disengage clutch at different prefixed speed level. Updating data concerned to different speeds of train in C program concerned to Arduino nano, we need to take readings of time taken to travel a certain distance while we engage clutch to operate dyanamo at rotating axle at different high speed of train as per requirement of electric power passing across second overhead,High voltage DC electric cable implemented apart certain distance from existing overhead high voltage electric cable via alternative pantograph installed at other side of roof of compartment/coach/wagons while we install existing pantograph connected to main overhead high voltage electric line at other side of roof. We may produce consistent and continuous supply of High voltage DC electric current if we engage clutch to axle to attain optimum speed of teain and do not disengage clutch while the train gives limited numbers of stops in case of High speed trains. We need to disengage clutch in such high speed train while the train is due to arrive at next stations for stoppage. While the speed of teain in such cases decreases below a prefixed certain speed, we shall disengage clutch and operate brake systems to stop train within short distance. In local trains, mail teains, passengers trains etc whose considerable amount of passengers travel without paying tickets due to recess in pandemic, we may disengage clutch at certain speed so that we don't require to apply break system to stop train. AI enabled automatic control system will measure distance between existing GPS position of train and GPS position of next teain and existing momentum of train thus calculating time to attain zero speed while we place all wagons/coach/comparyments side by side full length of platform. But we may retain manual braking system to stop teains in casr of emergency while internet fails due to unavoidable circumstances as arisen recently in red sea over possibility of disconnection of main underocean internet cable due to genocides of innocent people of Philistin at the hands of giant tertorists. or may not retain braking system to initialise international peace keeping missions of soul rectification to reach terrorists.

We shall liquify all government police and court infrastructure along with every sector of armed forces including detective intelligemce sections to replace with private run similar organisation. All these are proposed got to be passed in next UNGA 's article resolution Once we are successful to implement sustainable energy train, we shall have no issue of electric power due to be generated from all sorts of electric train including metro railways. We may run metro railway with hydrogen fuel in order to avoid pollution inside tunnel and utilise existing very High voltage electric rail installed at one side adjacent to sidewalls of tunnel to pass high voltage electric current generated from dyanamo attached below coach/wagon floor axle between wheels  . We need much amount of electric energy to run Deep tube or shallow tube enabled water pumping machines for irrigation. Due to hike in price of electricity during pandemic as a result of deep rooted conspiracy to shutdown oil and natural gas service by murdering innocent russa in Ukraine by a back dated ethnicity to quest thirst of blood during holocaust, billions of farmers cannot produce agricultural products of foodtrains,fruits,vegetables etc and we must be serious to generate electricity from every possible sources including immediate implementation of billions of hydraulic cum wind turbines across sea coasts where tide and ebb current is consistent and sea coast wind speed is high thus creating billions of job opportunities also. We may disengage clutch of gigawatts motor installed at axle of railway  train while the train attains certain peak speed and start generating electricity from DC dyanamo installed at other axle . Due to engagement of motor, train speed decreases and the teain moves without consuming any electricity due to enormous momentum of train through considerrable distance and application of this technology is appropriate in unavoidable circumstances of severe natural disasters management. Every day across globe 🌎 we have been suffering from volcanic eruptions, wildfires across millions of kilometres of green forests, floods, unbearable rise in temperature of air, shortfall of rain across the Europe, frequent quakes killing lacs of people every year, recess during pandemic, loss of millions of job opportunities, genocides of millions of innocent people in a desperate bid to retain domain of fossil fuels etc. at different locations from the Antarctic to the Arctic as well as the Pacific to the Atlantic . Hydrogen fuel is not green energy as it's production needs electricity.

    In metropolitan cities e.g. Delhi, Kolkata etc and cities e.g. Nagpur, Varanasi etc where millions of passengers travel without paying price of railway tickets due to recess due to pandemic,we have no other option left than implementing this type of sustainable model of vehicles to generate extra electricity through natural gift of momentum. Through a global meeting concerned to meet electricity crises, fossil fuel crises,conflicts, natural disasters, pandemic we need to select of types of sustainable model as appropriate to condition of financial position of general mass of people. In city of Kolkata, metro railway fare is much low in comparison of other metro service across this giant democratic states to the south of China, we may recommend duesel engines to run metro service after installation of extra air pumping stations across regular intetval of lentgh of metro railway tunnel. Advantage of diesel engine to run tube tunnel metro train is that we use tube train as a potential sources of High voltage DC electric current through installation of High voltage DC dyanamo at axle between wheels beneath coach/wagon compartment. This electricity may be utilised not only run other terrestrial express railway train but also run essential railway workshops to repair coach/wagon/engines and supply electricity to railway quarters. We may engage Diesel engines in EMU local trains to serve the same purpose of using railway train as a potential sources of High voltage DC electric . In such case we shall convert overhead High voltage AC electric line into High voltage DC electric cable and supply this generated electricity to run Deep tube/shallow tube enabled water pumping stations for irrigation to fight hike in price of electricity. We cannot ignore Europe who gave rise to modern civilization across globes. We may install infrastructure to contain gel types electrolysers at spaces across tunnel FG floor between railway tracks beneath coach/wagon/compartment floor in order to generate substantial amount of electricity to drive metro tube railway engine.
