TLDR : we have the best academy, balance it’s usefulness, don’t over use it and don’t neglect it when we have money again, give the academy graduates proper wage structure to prevent a possible toxic dressing room, except for special talents like Yamal. Big signing’s are ok but create wage structure for them as well as other veteran players. Compete in Europe again and set realistic UCL goals until it’s able to be won again, loan out youth to clubs that they’ll fit at / will bring the best out of them.

I liked what pep did at barca he got alot of la masia players to the first team those players played for the badge more then anything else
