Me and my wife are big fans of Zimmer. We had been looking forward to this performance a long time. Yesterday was the D day.
The sound in the balcony where we were seated was not tuned properly, you could hear very strong “echo” caused by not setting a proper delay between the loudspeakers as the sound propagates in the big hall. At first, we tought it was a joke then a mistake that will be promptly fixed. It wasn’t even though we told the production about it.
It was horrible, it couldn’t be listened to, even if you tried. We left, along with a group of people, after half of the concert, disgusted and disappointed. Sorry about the rant and about my English.

Can’t you refund the tickets?
