  1. I went to so many stores looking for that stupid talking Laalaa for my goddaughter

  2. That explains why I feel like I’ve seen loads more Po toys than any of the others.

  3. Maybe because of their size. Tinky Winky, the biggest is the most expensive and Po, the smallest, is the cheapest.

  4. I had a brief moment of panic where I thought I’d forgotten who was who. I solved that by regaling the theme song to my cat while instinctively pointing at said tellytubby in order. Thank GOD.

  5. I remember those. They were definitely different sizes. So priced according to size.

  6. I had the tiny tinky-winky peeking from the bottom and it terrified my brother

  7. I’m surprised they didn’t just add accessories to keep them at a single price point

  8. No Noo-Noo to keep them in line. Little bastards are clearly celebrating after burning down the Tubbytronic Superdome!

  9. My sister had a tantrum in Toys R Us and called my mum a big fat dog when she refused to buy her all four. She was about three years old at the time and my mum still brings it up today.

  10. This brings back flashbacks of working in Woolworths when these were the Christmas toy everyone needed, and were sold out everywhere. Used to get mobbed trying to put the stock on the shelves

  11. I had a Po toy when I was a kid that I loved!
Seeing now that it’s the cheapest one makes sense from my parents!

  12. My Mam said she was part of the crazy Christmas of the Teletubbies toys…and of course the only thing I’d wished for was Tinky Winky…

  13. Trying to recall if this was 345, 350 or 354/6398 for Po. It’s been 26 years since I sold these at Argos but the numbers never truly leave you

6415, 6422, 6439 for the others if I remember right

  14. I had to queue up at 4am outside a toys r us to get a ticket in order to buy Po for my sister for Christmas, the year they came out were so in demand they sold out everywhere.

  15. Po was my favourite and also my imaginary friend growing up, hurts to see them so undervalued 😤

  16. As they’re numbered 2-5, does this imply there is a mythical 5th Teletubby numbered ‘1’ that is just out of frame of this photo?

  17. Is that an Argos catalog?

I used to always look forward to the new one coming out. Would lie in bed and read it at night as a kid!
