Does russia really have the appetite for a continent wide war, given its troops have suffered quite a bit in Ukraine.
Does Europe really have the fire power to fight russia?
Will the US really send its troop or resort to cheerleading from the side lines?
“Helping Ukraine isn’t a charity” of course it’s not, it’s an investment in everyone’s security.
And no matter what grievances or issues we all have with each other, now is the time to unite, as Europe and as people. Put Mickey mouse shit behind, postpone arguments. There is a clear and real threat that needs everyone’s attention and commitment.

Highly doubt it. wont be much fighting in latvia or estonia. half their military will join russia the other half will be overwhelmed and lay down their arms.
Ukraine must be supported but even a Ukraine “win” will not guarantee the security of northern/northeastern Europe. Russia’s and puppet Belarus’s borders with the Baltic States, Nordic countries, and Poland will remain, and the latter group and their allies must not let their guard down.
Ukraine being used as a Western military proxy against Russia, can we all just admit this?
We have seen exactly how it will look like not only by Ukraine getting bombed but Tallin beng bombed after ussr took it from the nazis. Total destruction.

It’s taken Russia over two years to have any kind of dominance over Europe’s poorest country. How do you think they would fair against a Nato member like Poland or Germany….

I’m old enough to have lived through the cold war and watched the collapse of the Soviet Union. I saw a wounded Russian bear go into hibernation for a while in the years that followed. And NATO quickly built a fence around it in fear that it would someday awaken.
But I always knew that it would wake up healed and refreshed, and start looking for it’s old body parts… I do believe the Baltics are in great danger. But I don’t think the rest of Europe is at this time.
As things stand right now, I think Russia will take Ukraine…
People will die because of this psycho megalomaniac. No one including Russians should die for this dictator.
I don’t think there would be enough resistance for that to happen.
