  1. I mean, what’s the danger in having a president that’s deeply, deeply in debt to domestic and foreign interests?……..

  2. **May** be???

They own his ass like an agribusiness conglomerate owns the plow-lugging ox on their giga-farm.

  3. 1000%

The dude owes hundreds of millions of dollars. Any normal person would have a tough time getting any kind of security clearance with a small fraction of that.

  4. Trump is a financial risk of the highest level. No sane agency would back him over a “may be”. We can be sure it’s more of an “is”.

  5. He’s a pumpkin pie and a lot of people own a slice of him. Nothing new here.

  6. If he had to pass vetting for the military he wouldnt because of all his legal and money issues but if he wins he will get top classified material to do with it as he sees fit.

  7. “No Shit.” — anyone with two brain cells to rub together

  8. “May be?” Trump Is, he owes them almost $100M. Putin has close ties to Chubb CEO Goldberg, and they do big business in Russia. How can our DOD allow Trump near any classified info???

  9. I mean he held national top secrets at his motel and a for sale sign while in office and after leaving. Who knows who was on the guest list.

  10. I think it should be a rule that if you have 91 active felony indictments against you, you can’t run for POTUS.

  11. How can someone with considerable debt even run for office, how is that not a disqualifying detail?

  12. I sincerely hope that if he bonds out if the NY case that there will be clear eyes or an investigation on where that money came from.

  13. I mean he definitely is, right?

If the FBI isn’t monitoring this situation I don’t even know what we have them for.

  14. Chubb is associated with the Kremlin.

Also the article claims he posted the bond, he has not. He has only secured one. He has to post the bond tomorrow by 11am hopefully they reject the bond.

  15. I’m fairly confident that he’s already “beholden” to Putin and (possibly) the Saudis. Frankly, I’m a little shocked they haven’t already secured his bonds.

  16. I still think its unfuckingbelievable that a Presidential candidate has 91 felonies and half a billion in legal debt and is STILL a favored frontrunner.

Here in Canada, you cant even get a job in the government for many positions if you have substantial debt.
Yet over in America, you could have millions of dollars of debt and run for the highest office in the land…?

I need to get back to the right timeline, cause this one is broken beyond repair.

  17. Dear Newsweek: It’s “deferential” not “differential”.
