Anyone think a bit of politicking might be going on? In the follow-up tweet Leo says he’ll be pushing for a speeded-up reopening – if this was going to happen regardless he can bank some easy brownie points?
No phased reopening for god’s sake, why make businesses suffer more when they don’t need to? If restrictions can be put in place as fast they have, they can be removed just as fast.
It’s interesting to see how outraged people can get from a crumb of news prefaced with ‘I think..’.
Just be prepared for them removing everything bar the certs. But don’t worry that’s only to any the anti vaxers so you will happily show your pass (something you would have never agreed to prior to covid)
