As the titel says. Me and my flatmate have come to a disagreement. She thinks those scratches is something one will have to pay for when you move out and i say they cannot because it is considered normal use. What are the rules?

  2. I whould consider them normal, but i know that my agency has a problem with it. In the end, it all comes down to how old this thing is. The amount of scratches might be too much for normal use after one year, but completely normal after 5.

  3. Normal use I would say .. If it happens by using it normally then normal use?

    Ours was very scratched up when we moved in and generally crap.. I picked up a new one at a vide grenier for 50.- and fitted myself..

  4. I have it worse, I don’t think it’s possible not to have scratches 🙈
