  1. What kind of person purposely decides to take a horrific story and then use it to try and make someone else responsible for the actions. Britt knowingly reframed the story in order to push xenophobia and frame a sitting President as being responsible.

  2. Yeah no shit. Did she even talk to the survivor directly or just regurgitate her story ?

  3. Heartlessly using victims of abuse and victimizing them in new ways is standard practice for the GOP.

  4. I love how they are crying about how this poor woman was used as an object, while literally using her as an object again.

  5. This is what happens when Republicans take the set they do in their sealed media bubble on the road. It meets reality and gets torn to shreds.

  6. The irony of her telling that story when the GOP would keep that girl from seeking asylum in the US to get away from the cartels, and if she did make it in, they’d force her to have her rapist’s baby AT 12, then offer her no help when she struggles to raise it!

  7. The cross-wearing performative fake “Christians” have no compunction about lying or about violating the privacy of individuals. Avenging the “sacrifice” of their Orange Jesus enthralls them and further corrupts their already defective morals and “thinking.”

  8. Of course, she never cared about the event or the victim. She just wanted to use the story to incite an emotional response in the people listening to her, then steer that into spinning her narrative. Disgusting.

  9. This is standard for the Fundy political plan, to use victims for personal gain and neglect them personally. Focus on the Family, Hope for America, IBLP, ATI, the Jeffs, the Huckabees and Falwells, the Duggars and mega churches are in league with those who support trafficking, as long as they are the ones who benefit.
