The most expensive street in Flanders is only in 27th place and is the Vogelmarkt in Ghent. For a home there, a buyer must pay 4,975 euros per square meter.
The most expensive street in Wallonia, the Rue Saint-Jean in Namur, is almost half the price at 2,921 euros per square meter.

In the 12 biggest Belgian cities.
Rue Saint-Jean is basically all shops tbf, if I remember correctly there’s very narrow stairs to some appartements in it but I would have tought appartement with a view on the Sambre/Meuse would be more expensive
Time to update Monopoly.
