2. Do republicans understand Putin intends to grow Russia back to the size it was when it was the USSR? Do they understand the millions of people they are condemning to living with constant warfare? Do they understand Ukraine is a testing ground to see if the world can and will stand up to Putin? Do they remember why we fought wars around the world for the last 109 years trying to control despots and suppress tyranny? Somehow I have my doubts! It seems like they are eager to elect a man who not only loves despots but intends to become one and seal that insult he heaped on every soldier who died in the military when he called them “suckers and losers” by destroying freedom and encouraging tyranny!

16. I don’t get this “war will end” rethoric. I personally don’t believe Putin will invade NATO when he’d win in Ukraine. But what I do believe is that even if Trump pulls out of NATO completely there’s still a lot of testosterone in the European leadership who will continue warfare even without US support. 31. No. The war is not going to end. All things considered Ukraine has been doing a fantastic job. Not only that but Europe and other allies have been and will continue to contribute. I would prefer the US continue to help and I PREFER trump does not gain office again. But Ukraine is the reason Ukraine is still in the battle.

35. Even if Russia somehow took the whole country, Ukraine is never going to give up. It would become full of guerrilla fighters, and likely armed by its remaining allies.

    But I imagine if it does look like Russia is about to win, some allies (e.g. Poland) might actually send their forces in to try and prevent it.
