1. 21.04.2024 ist the end of the Probezeit.

2. The last day of the probation period is the 21st of April. It’s by the day. Otherwise you could effectively cheat the law and get (almost) a full month extra.

3. This is actually not legal as the Probezeit on a contract must be proportional to the length of the contract

4. You have 8 months contract with a 6 month probation… That is not legal. It had to be something like 2 month maximum.

5. This is most likely a Zeitarbeit contract, maybe there are different regulations for it. I’d recommend checking which Tarifvertrag they’re using and checking the details
