France’s dethronement of Russia sure gets a lot of attention, but Italy flies under the radar with an impressive 86% increase in arms sales during 2019-2023 period (France’s is 47%, while Russia has a huge drop of 53%).
I’m really curious what the Italian sells like hot cakes. I’m aware that Italian guns are standard on many navies’ warships. But for me their weaponry reputation ends there.
Once upon a time the Franks destroyed Constantinople, now it’s time for the Franks to help us take it back!
I wish they weren’t, though. France tends to sell shit to countries that shouldn’t have said shit. Not much different from the Russians, yeah, but I wish they’d at least pretend to vet their deals.
