Why the US pauses LNG exports | DW News
The biggest liquefied natural gas terminal in the US has been put on hold due to President Joe Biden’s recent decision to pause future LNG exports critics are upset they argue that LG is important for countries like Germany to find energy security away from Russian’s Supply and as a transition fuel to help
Nations ditch dirtier fuels like coal and oil but environmentalists and scientists say it’s the right move because LNG might not be as clean as we think LG is you know 25% larger footprint than coal overall for greenhouse gas emissions the White House says it needs time to evaluate the harm
From LNG on communities living near Export facilities and to reassess Global demand what do you think let us know in the comments

Riding with Biden
My understanding is the current infrastructure in the US is more than adequateto provide current supplies…these are FUTURE facilities.
Europe needs more offloading facilities.
It’s about cockblocking the GOP big fossil sponsors. Actually a good move from Biden. They have been blocking the house for months and months
Don't know why Germany and Argentina are not setting up a deal.
Natural Gas = METHANE and many chemicals that are found within it from fracking fluids.
I think this is an attempt at the US to control Natural gas exports, considering Canada just brought on line its LNG export facility in BC. Canada is its own country and does not require US approval
Everywhere I look, something reminds me of her!!!!
By the time the examination of LNG environmental impact is over, the economy will take a big hit as a consequence. There are many industries relying on LNG exports, in occurrence ,the specialized transporters/ship builders.. 🛳👍😕 🛶👎
