Presuming this is in response to Macron’s statements about possible troop deployment not being off the table. Seems like it might have the opposite effect however. This type of thing is only going to fuel the French to send more aid to Ukraine. If the hackers are indeed Russian affiliated.
Sounds like the EU needs to intervene in Sudan and support the government against the RAF and Wagner
