Could somebody explain what is taking them so long ? They opened the bridge in Dec 2022, just before the end of the year, so that politicians can have a photo cutting the ribbon. Then, it will take them almost as much time as it took to build this really long bridge to finish an elevator and some small pedestrian passages on two sides ? The speed at which they build infrastructure in this country is a fucking joke.
