In Aachen, I found this nice bakery called Nobis Printen. When I first saw this name, I thought it was a printing shop. Then I found many bakeries with the word printen in their names.
I googled a bit trying to understand what does the word “printen” mean here and didn’t find anything solid.

Well it was founded in Aachen and the wikipedia page mentions a specality called the Aachener Printen so I would guess it’s related to that
