  1. At what point can we threat it as an act of war? Do we just sit around and take it for another 10 years?

We should – at least – use these ATTACKS as the legal base for confiscating the Russian assets in the EU and send them to Ukraine.

  2. Does anyone actually think the West doesn’t have better hacker groups considering the tech difference. I mean maybe China stands a chance but common, don’t be the pot calling the kettle black. Also, this is coming from a romanian so I absolutely loath the Russian Empire but demonizing an opponent is a move used by authoritarian states, not ones of free thinking, skeptical and hard to manipulate citizens.

  3. I guess this is revenge for Macrons statments about “Not ruling out the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine” Classic Ruzzian scare tactic. Watch out for your seacables. They might be next ask Finland.

  4. Ground, Air, Water, Space, and Cyberspace. For some reason, we treat the first 3 very seriously and will view attacks on these fronts as an act of war. Yet, terrorist groups or state sponsored malicious actors are shutting down [children’s hospitals](https://www.cybersecuritydive.com/news/lurie-childrens-hospital-cyberattack/707094/), [entire medical financial institutions](https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/health/2024/03/05/unitedhealth-cyberattack-disrupts-records-billing-security/72849687007/), and [massive private organizations that we rely on for a vast majority of our software operating systems](https://www.foxbusiness.com/technology/microsoft-warns-russian-hackers-using-execs-stolen-emails-broaden-cyberattacks).

They are waging cyber war on our elections and the very minds of our people. Dividing us and chipping away at our democracies.

Yet, here we are. Just acting like nothing is happening. Either the US cybersecurity apparatus is weak or we just aren’t striking back due to some kind of paralysis.

Even if we want to talk about the ground, air and, water… with regards to Ukraine we don’t even seem to have a united cohesive plan to deal with this.

  5. We shall form a subcommittee to schedule a meeting to discuss the process of writing a strongly worded letter.

  6. “A security source told AFP that the attacks ‘are not currently attributable to Russia'”

  7. Well, some Hitler is upset at being seriously challenged by his betters.

  8. The faster the west escalates and puts boots in Ukraine and up putins ass, the lower the net losses from this embarrassing era of western defence will be.

    Send in the troops.

  9. France has one of the best cyber teams, i hope they retaliate!

  10. So shocked that this is coming within a week of Macron telling Putin to eat shit and die.
