So many elements of these reforms seem poorly thought through and rushed, which is a bit odd as they’ve been years in the making.
Imo they’re rolling too many aspects of reform into a single piece of legislation. The new voting system, expansion in number and quota system should be introduced as 3 separate pieces of legislation so each aspect gets more scrutiny.
