I think we had seen enough football this season to have an opinion on which signing has the most impact to a team.
These players are up there in the conversation imo. Of course i missed a few you can always suggest.
I have to say in terms of pure impact and output it has to be Cole Palmer. What a signing. And as a bias Gunner i am I have to say Declan Rice is a close second.
Who is yours?

Rice
Mason Mount!………wait 😂
Best value is endo considering we were willing to spend crazy money for the 2 guys that went to Chelsea. The answer is Rice though… Unless we win the league
Rice is an absolute boss. I think he might even be the best value of all of them. I say this because it’s worth any amount of money to not have him Rodri and DeBruyne in the same midfield at City.
The referees that keep making “mistakes” in decision making against Liverpool.
They will make a hell of a summer singning if taking them away from other teams.
Waturo Endo or MacAllister.
Out of these it has to be Rice. Arsenal lacked quality players in specific positions and he added that much needed reinforcement. If Arsenal continue to reinforce their weakest positions they may earn 90 points next season.
The entire Liverpool midfield
Palmer cos otherwise we’d be in the relegation zone
Endo
Micky VDV!
Cost less than who??
Ross Barkley. The only reason Luton are not down in the pits with Burnley and have a chance to stay up, and he was free too. He’s been excellent, and if Luton go down, he’ll have no shortage of teams at the lower end wanting to pick him up.
For the bigger clubs, it’s either Rice or Vicario.
I think people forget how wank Lloris was with his feet, he’s transformed that team like crazy, enabling them to play high line aggressive football compared to Conte’s Terrorism. Reminds me a lot of when we went from Leno to Ramsdale (even though I don’t rate Ramsdale that highly)
Rice has produced in big moments for us. Multiple late winners, without him, we sit just above Villa. When you pay £100m for a player, that’s the kind of impact you expect, and he’s delivered. We concede less xG, create more xG, and have more control with him here.
I quite clearly suggested that’s it’s rice who cost 100m+ ffs
Start of the season our fans were head over heels for Szoboszlai, because he had that Roy of the Rovers in him. Superstar midfielder scoring bangers and had the good looks too. At the same time Macca was adjusting to an enforced position change and Endo was still learning the system. Gravenberch barely had any football last season too.
Fast forward to March and Szobo just recovered from injury and that’s part of why he hasn’t been the beast he was early on. Meanwhile Macca and Endo are absolutely bossing the midfield. Endo is a pressing monster. Macca is such a calm and intricate player. He conducts play so well, and with Endo behind doing the midfield’s dirty work Macca can now join the attack like was planned. He’s been involved in plenty of G/As in the last month to show that
Mount!!!
Endo
Rice for best quality.
Endo for price.
Vicario for most underrated
It’s Rice. Any other answers either just hate arsenal or lack basic cognitive functionality.
Rice, Endo is a close second, and then Vicario has been class for Spurs
There have been many good ones this year. In terms of pure team impact, I’d say Rice or Vicario.
In terms of left field bargains: Endo
If Luton stay up, Barkley.
Gary O’Neill to Wolves. And probably Palmer to Chelsea, they could be a lot worse without him, and he’s helped keep spirits up while they’re still performing well below average. That optimism is important especially when times aren’t the best.
VDV by a mile
Endo, Barkley, Gary O’Neil – there’s really nothing between them.
Even if it was the option of all 3 of Liverpool’s midfield or Rice. The answer is still Rice.
