I see the tradition of border skirmishes continues. I wonder if they might stay for a while longer next time for a better position in negotiations.
Honestly I know they can’t use the western weapons in Russia but since their other options are trying to attack across kilometer deep mine fields or getting slowly get atrophied by artillery in defense are really think they need to put more pressure on the Russian border to either gain some maneuverability or draw away resources (or you know the west just hurries up and supports them properly).
Moscow in 3 days?
Too bad they can’t really launch a large scale invasion into Russia. It would probably allow them to retake a large part Luhansk Oblast by bypassing most of the current frontlines.
