  4. I wonder if this is one of the terrorist attacks that many countries had warned about last week, or if it’s because russians can’t make working planes without the parts from the West.

  7. Looks like an engine fire – a 4 engine plane like an Il-76 ought to be able to land with that, unless the extinguishers didn’t work, in which case, wing falls off….🤔

  11. Sanctions probably increase the chances of stuff like this happening over time. The Putin project to build 1000 planes by 2030 seems pretty unlikely to be a success.
