Hey community hive mind!
I’ve been thinking about getting my eyes lasered for a good while now. Recently I saw a TV ad from this company called [betterview](https://betterview.ch).
Their website looks nice, their offering looks nice, their pricing looks nice, their ratings look nice. Their ratings maybe look a bit too nice? [4.9/5 on Google Maps](https://maps.app.goo.gl/hmav5R9LgjXs6xWk9)? 2 ratings give one star, 5 ratings give four stars, the rest are all 5/5.
If their service is as good as googling them makes it seem, awesome! But I have a hard time believing that. Does anybody here have any kind of experience with them? If not, where did you get your eyes lasered, and how was it? Speaking of Bern, city.

I wouldn’t trust my eyesight to google maps ratings. Try to find some info or feedback elsewhere (forums, word of mouth…h
Looking about it also, the only thing i can give to you is that japan seemes to be the best country for this surgery with a real “speciality” of the country on it
I installed the laser for the clinic in Luzern, which was a mess. The personal is not well trained and they are doing quite some user errors. It doesnt mean they treat their patients badly but the way they interact with the personal who services their systems tells me all I need to know. Don´t know though about bern, though.
