Okay, I understand you might not be able to get proper Chimay glasses in Japan. To be honest, I can’t even afford the proper glass for every Belgian beer (donations are welcome). But at least get the right type of glass… I at least have all the “generics” in my home. Goblet or chalice for Chimay – anything else is a crime against humanity.
If you don’t have Chimay glasses, use Orval, Grimbergen, Mort Subite, Affligem…
I can’t afford to be a purist, but shapes matter.
Also, Chimay White is better than Chimay Red.
