25. I was fortunate enough as an American to visit here a few years ago, when things were more peaceful. St. Petersburg is a lovely city of 5 million with beautiful architecture and I hate to see anything bad happen to any innocent civilians, but it is also the second largest city in Russia and home to Putin along with numerous facilities that are supporting the unjust war against Ukraine.

    I think I remember that it was also the HQ for Russian state-sponsored hackers and the FSB was located at 4 Liteyny Avenue and there is a secret GRU location and other related secretive departments that were leaked in February of 2023.
