I hope someone can help me out here because I’m losing my mind with Ausländebehorde in Wuppertal.
I came from non EU country to Germany in November 2021 on visa nach der Westbalkanregelung. I worked as recruiter for 6 months and after that decided to start my Annerkenung as PTA ( pharmacist technician) .
That lasted a year and during that time I was allowed to work 10 hours in pharmacy since I had classes every day from 8-13 .
I got my Urkunde in July 2023 and passed B1 language exam.
Got contract in the pharmacy as PTA in September and worked there till January. However my boss needed urgently more staff in pharmacy of her husband and she solved it with ABH to switch, I didn’t even apply for Zustimmung at that time since she said she will take care of everything.
I started working for her husband in January , moved to new town and since then everything went downhill.
Pay is terrible, toxic working environment, no fixed working schedule.
I found a new job, sent all my documents to ABH in Wuppertal and now is over a month that I’m not getting any response from them .
So I basically have 18 payslips as PTA in 2 pharmacies, however I don’t have ones for the first 6 months that I worked as recruiter since they were saved on my laptop and it got stolen.
My Aufenthalt Erlaubnis is 18 a and I have uploaded picture of my Zusatzblatt.
My new contract starts on 1.4 and my Kündigung first is 4 weeks so I’m already freaking out.
My question is do I still need to ask for Zustimmung despite working for 24 months if I can’t provide the first 6 months slips ?
When can I apply for permanent residence permit to avoid all of this stress?
And if I work in new pharmacy for lets say 6 months do I still need Zustimmung for next job change.
I’m sorry for long post, but things are hella confusing to me .
