Ukraine is top priority for world safety.
Ukraine could repurpose subway systems/tunnels and build small artillery/ammunition factories that are basically conventional bomb proof. A LOT could have been done in the last two years in that regard. Maybe they did, and (obviously) aren’t advertising? But seriously U.S. Repugnant-cans, pass the funding already!
