Curious stingray explores flooded city street after exceptionally high tide #shorts
People enjoying the Cairns Esplanade after a king tide recently had some rather unusual company, in the shape of a stingray that took the opportunity to explore the partially flooded amenity.
Video by David Melling, of Travello & Backpacker Deals, shows the flat fish cruising along some of the flooded pathways in the Queensland city. Melling told Storyful he observed the fish for around 45 minutes before it disappeared into a drain.
