  1. From article: Background

The presentation of the award for *20 Days in Mariupol*[ was omitted](https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2024/03/12/7446027/) from the shortened international TV version of the Oscar ceremony. Disney Entertainment explained that this was due to time constraints on the short version of the show.

    Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦

  2. Let’s see if that happens because one of Disney’s largest investors, Blackrock, lost $17billion in Russia and with Disney removing Ukraine’s 20 days in mariupol is CLEARLY backing russia. AMERICANS BOYCOTT DISNEY!

  3. Disney is and always was a white supremicist organization. Google Roy Disneys planned white paradise town in Florida

  4. 👍Mstyslav Chernov gave a very moving awards speech. 👏

    >Mstyslav Chernov, the director behind the Oscar-winning feature “20 Days in Mariupol,” told the audience at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles that he wished there had never been a reason to make the film in the first place.

    >”I wish to be able to exchange this for Russia never attacking Ukraine, never occupying our cities,” Chernov said, speaking deliberately and clutching his Oscar statuette. “I wish to give all the recognition to Russia not killing tens of thousands of my fellow Ukrainians. I wish for them to release all the hostages, all the soldiers who are protecting the land, all the civilians who are now in their jails.”

    >”But I cannot change the history,” Chernov added. “I cannot change the past.”

  5. Disney cool with picking a political fight for mentally ill people fighting gender disphoria but when it comes to broadcasting human atrocities and standing up to a neo imperialist power they are all hypocrites

  6. Well, no more trips to Disney properties for this family until Disney comes around.

  7. There is a HUGE campaign of removing the documentary from the internet. Over 20 streaming sites removed it or blocked it after they won an oscar. Please make sure to make mirrors of the documentary whole you still can!
