The junkies cleaning the streets in search of these bottles. Our streets are absolutely disgusting with rubbish and litter that even if a small portion of that was getting sorted it would make a difference.
We almost had this, but the Tories fucked us over. An independent Scotland would’ve already been doing this.
It a brilliant win-win-win scheme. But remember, Scotland was not allowed to implement it unless the Unionists said so. And what did the Tories say? No.
