I am just curious – Don't you guys think that the 4 year on Pogba is a little too harsh? Will the hormones still help after 4 years?

Wanted to know what you think. Is it 4 years fair? Should it be less years? Should it be a monetary fine? While I acknowledge that fines also serve a pedagogical purpose, so the rest of society refrains from certain behavior, I think that balance should be proportionate. A 4 year ban is practically ending his career and he will probably need to dedicate to something else.

I don't know.

I got the 4 year period from here:

  1. Given the time he plays, it’s only what, an 8-match ban? You’re overdramatizing.

Jokes aside, there is no difference for us. He was unavailable for us before the doping scandal, he is now. It was a doomed story, destined to fail from the get-go.

  2. i really dont care. this ban is a blessing in disguise for us

  3. The harsh punishment isn’t for Pogba alone but also to discourage other players doing the same.

There must not be even the remote chance that one could attempt to make a calculus between “doping” and “getting caught”.

If caught, doping (and betting) should always be a career ending reason.

Unless you can prove beyond every doubt that you were kidnapped and forcefully subjected to injections.

  4. The biggest crime was re-signing him. Everyone should be jumping for joy he got banned.

Remember this is the same guy who insulted us by saying he was on vacation when returning to ManU, he did fuck all for ManU, was injured most of the time and when he did play he was extremely inconsistent.

What do you think was going to happen when we re-signed him? He was going to magically be injury free and become world class? Here we are complaining about injury prone over paid players. Then we sign him…. This was the best thing.

  5. Blessing in disguise

Nice guy but washed player, not worth
