I know of no man who would give a shit it’s raining to do what is going on here, they’d just walk normally and deal with it, rains way too much here for people to be worried about it
Why does weather forecast give you the temperature at a weather station in some perfect environmental condition, or from some thermocouple somewhere nearby? Absolutely useless knowing what a sensor is “feeling”. We are not thermocouples, we need to know the temperature on the surface of our skin. Why else would we give two shits how hot or cold it is if not for working out how hot or cold we will be?
And clearly it doesn’t work. If it says 18 but it’s blowy as fuck, then give us the actual temperature with the blow factored in, which will be like 12 or something
