  5. Just because we’ve seen three videos of successful drone surrenders, this clearly demonstrates, that it takes the right set of circumstances to justify wasting precious drone time on dropping non-explosives.

  19. That’s historically a Russian action right there, since the days of Stalin. If you try to surrender, we will kill you. During ww2 if a Russian soldier surrendered, Stalin would go after their entire family, even if the soldier was captured and made a POW, when he was released, himself and family were sent to the Gulag. Putin wants to be Stalin, I assume his policies are very similar.
