Putin will keinen Krieg mit der NATO und wird sich auf „asymmetrische Aktivitäten“ – den US-Geheimdienst – beschränken

  1. “Putin says…” is just as much bullshit as “Trump says…”

  2. Putin and his shitty army couldn’t handle an attack from NATO, it would be over in less than 3 days.

  3. Attrition is hitting Russia’s army hard from just the battlefront in Ukraine alone (albeit a Ukraine aided by NATO countries). An all-out war with NATO would a turkey shoot.

  4. Putin has absolutely no issue causing misery on a global scale. It’s his own head he’s worried about. So yeah, definitely a coward.

  5. > “This will range from using energy to try to coerce cooperation and weaken Western unity on Ukraine, to military and security intimidation, malign influence, cyber operations. espionage, and subterfuge.”

Fox News will still blame raising energy prices on Biden.

  6. A few posts down there is an article with the Polish president saying we are living in pre war times in Europe, making it sound like war with Russia is inevitable.

    Who to believe?

  7. This rotten morherfucker can shove himself right up his own ass.

  8. I honestly think this is a change of heart for him. In the beginning of the war when most of the world expected it to be over in less than a week, I’m sure he would have considered an attack on the Baltics. Now, it’s suicide.

  9. Then we should counter his asymmetric activity and fuck up what’s left of his rotting dungheap of a country.

  10. How about just spend your time trying to improve the country you’re head of instead of fucking around with other countries?

  11. The agressoer never wants war, he would very much like you to just surrender…

  12. Wimp.

(Thank God he’s a wimp, we’d all lose but he’d lose the hardest)

  13. I feel like the world is just entertaining Putin, they give and give to ukraine

  14. Kind of crazy how espionage and cyber warfare are considered fair game

  15. I was wondering this morning if Putin has refrained from nukes in Ukraine because back when the Soviets built the Russian nuclear dead hand switch, Ukraine was part of their territory so any blast there could trigger the system?

  16. So, what does he do if Trump isn’t elected in the fall, and the Democrats take both the House and the Senate? If the US decides to give Ukraine ALL the weapons, I don’t know if he’ll exactly take a double blow like that lying down. That being said, he’s also a savvy enough politician to know that saying that out loud (elect Trump or else!) is a surefire way to ensure Trump DOESN’T get elected. Most Americans hate being told what to do with threats, especially by another country. The only way any of this works for Putin, is if he continues to lean on social media and drive propaganda via his massive bot networks, while trying to ensure that US counterintelligence doesn’t address that threat with the gravity that it deserves.

  17. They’ve been asymmetrically active since at least 2014. Gonna be a dark day for the world if they manage to get the Mango Orangutan elected again.

  18. Zelinsky believes him. He told France not to send troops

  19. This seems so dangerous a parallel with Hitler’s repeated boundary-pushing attempts against the European nations. Wars too small to justify an upending of the balance of powers, including annexations and and claims of ethnic-based absorption of “German” populaces.
It worries me so much that we’re underestimating when he will stop.

  20. Erm the elephant in the room? WTF IS GOING ON WITH HIS BLOATY ASS FACE?

  21. He doesn’t want a shooting war with NATO because he knows it would be very short and sharp with him coming off very badly.

He’s more content to try and destabilise via social media and the obvious Ruzzians on here…👍

  22. He talks a lot but we all know he is a little bitch with nato.

  23. Biggest dick ain’t impressive if you’re still limp.

  24. >“asymmetric activity”

He’s gonna grow a bigger ear on one side? A longer leg?

  25. Keeps predicting all the way from Nuclear to Doesn’t want war … LOL trying to cover every option and when that happens say “See I said so”.

  26. All that talk about “steamrolling Moscow” or attacking Russia and it would be over in 3 days. Check.

Except, nobody here wants to fvcking invade/attack Russia, destroy Moscow. This is (for now) about UKRAINE and getting Russia the fuck out of Ukraine. Full Stop.

Stupid talk about NATO attacking Russia just plays in Putin’s hand, his rhetoric how the West allegedly wants nothing more than destroying Russia.

Mind you that Russia/Soviet Union has already been paranoid and delusional in the past, there had been NATO exercises some decades ago where the Soviet Union believed we’re about to attack them.

We don’t want to invade Russia.

  27. Ofc not cuz if there is one China and India wouldn’t be pleased and Russia can’t rely on African trades alone.

  28. How about he fucks off with his asymmetric activity too

  29. NATO spends more on its military than Russia produces in GDP per year. This is like a fetus threatening the Rock every day. It’s not something to take seriously.

  30. “I’m not slowly trying to take over the world. No, no, no, no. Nope.”

  31. Putin isn’t gonna invade a NATO country, but personally I’m more concerned he’d make a move on a small state like Moldova. Not for any strategic reason but the Russian army has been embarrassed and Putin wants to save face by going after a much smaller enemy who he can be sure he will win over in a very quick amount of time. Plus he wants to fuck the West like always.

  32. For now…

We better *THOUROUGHLY* prepare for war!

And while we’re at it, give Ukraina all we can!

    💙💛

  33. Of course he dosen’t want a war with NATO. Putin is many things, but he’s not stupid.

Could russia win in ukraine? yes, it could. Let’s not pretend otherwise.

    Could it win against NATO?

    Impossible.

And no, I’m not dissing the russian military.

Dosen’t matter if he’s equipped with legions of supersoldiers rigding teleporting mech suit with plasma weaponry.

    ( And-spolier alert, he PROBABLY dosen’t)

It all boil down to geography.Russia basically dosen’t have any real fleet. Batlic fleet can’t do anything and the black sea fleet ( or what’s left of it) it locked in the black sea by Turkey. And the artic a no-go, cause boats REAAAAALY don’t like ice.

So Russia only has 1 fleet, the pacific fleet, which is minuscule compared to the American one. not to mention U.S would likley uses local friendly countries such as australia, japan and such as giant aircraft carrier and supply base.( I mean, there a reason they do economic treaties with thoses guys)

Essentially, russian fleet can’t move away from it’s ports, giving free reign over supply line and strenght projection.

Supply ships from U.S would easily travel the atlantic ocean with no probelm. Even if subs could go undetected, they’d have to travel half to world to reach the atlantic, with no suport.Only firendly supply place i can think of is South africa ( which-surprise-surprise, is being courted by Russia), but I doubt it would hold for long.

Bottom line- U.S can pound russia, Russia can’t pound U.S.

Which mean untouched production and supplies center.

Similarly, Russia attacking europe would need to split it’s forces ( North for Finland, west for Germany and south for Turkey and Italy, plus East for the americans fleet),while NATO would CONCENTRATE their forces together.

Even if you add China into the mix, geography stays the same.

( now if INDIA was to switch, now thing would get more interesting, cas the indian sea would become constested, but India way too happy to stay neutral).

Now, it would be costly, make no mistake, and I reaaaallly hope I never come down to it. Neither for NATO, nor for the russian population.

And, ultimatley, I think Russia knows it.

The risk is getting caught up in your own propaganda, though, that can spiral out easily.

  34. That sounds exhausting! Will he never get tired? Can he not just take a nap? Watch some TV and let us be.

I’m always imagining him reacting to every strategic setback with a tantrum like Hitler in his bunker from that movie, you know which one. The pressure this man must be under…

  35. We know all this. Thats why Russia pays an extra 150k to about 10-15 House members to keep them in line.
