All the teams have roughly the same level, Dortmund is perhaps the weakest. There is not a clear superior team this year compared to last year’s City for example. Nobody is playing brilliant football or obtaining brilliant results.
By compatibility of the squads and playstyle, I think the rivals we would have more chances against are Atletico Madrid, Bayern, City and Dortmund. I know Bayern and City are impopular choices to add here but I don’t think they are nearly as dangerous this season as the previous ones.
I definitely don’t want Arsenal or PSG though, they have squads and playstyles that could crush us badly.
Real Madrid is dangerous I would prefer avoid them for now, we generally perform very well against Madrid, but I don’t know how the recent defeats against them affected the morale, in good spirits and concetration maybe Barca could come on top especially now that we found a bit more defensive solidity.

The Atletico win was the most unpredictable one man
Bayern is the only one I really want to avoid, it’s a common opponent and we would definitely get destroyed.
Dortmund is clearly the easiest opponent.
On our day we can outplay and beat Atleti/Real so our chances wouldn’t be very low.
PSG have Mbappe in form but are pretty average in other areas.
Arsenal aren’t the best team here but they would be the favourites and it would suck to get knocked out by a manager with as shit of a european record as Arteta.
City would undoubtedly win but it’s a nice match up and I would like to see how our teenagers and players like Araujo look against the world’s best. I don’t see much difference between getting knocked out in the quarters or the semis so City wouldn’t be terrible.
