My friend told me someone came into the shop where he works yesterday an dbought €10000 worth of tickets. My buddy had to ring his boss who had to ring Lotto to see if, well it was legal. Apparently it is so ye that guy either wasted a fuck ton or he made a mad profit
Lotto goes 7 months without anyone matching 6 and winning it.
Lotto eventually decide to have a one off “must be won” draw.
1 ticket manages to match 6 and win in this draw.
What are the odds of that?
I’ll assume because a lot more people did it tonight, the odds were shortened?
Still, feels fair fucking dodgy.
I don’t think it’ll be won again for a while because people have lost complete confidence in this now and will be reluctant to play. They also don’t want to be paying for some Canadian school teachers pensions.
