1) What I ordered: Cybex S2 in Hibiskus Red
2) What I got: Cybex S2 in some ugly washed out looking orange
To return it would cost 7 CHF. As I opened the package they say I cannot return it.
Are they expecting me to have an airport x ray to check the product in an unopened state?
Any tipps what to do now?

wdym you can’t return it? I’ve bought things before, opened the box, and sent them back, no questions asked. I don’t think I had to pay for shipping even. Just had to print out a post stamp Galaxus gave me.
