Sometimes they can malfunction and steal your money from your very own pocket. Designers insist that this function is simply a malfunction but the populace refutes their claims.

The third guy is also a special muppet; he was a minister for just two weeks and then had to resign because they needed a job for another guy that Turkey did not like as a foreign minister. (Turkey forced them to appoint muppet number 1 as foreign minister)
