19. I think Moldova and Belarus are in some form of eventual danger. Perhaps eve Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

    Absorb Belarus or reform some sort of Soviet/Capitalist union, paint the map red, quench any protests their and then directly linking up with Kalingrad via sulwalki corridor.

    I think they may try to completely cut Ukraine off from the Black Sea therefore taking Odessa and linking up Moldova.

    time telling Ukraine they can’t be on the offense and basically just try and fend off the invasions.
