How do cases like this work when they go to court? Going on a limb here and say this lad probably doesn’t have the funds to properly defend himself so what will happen?
That businessman is just doing what any sane person should do in this left wing madhouse: milk the taxpayer. Either via accommodation or buy-to-let/HAp.
