  1. Yes, its discussed since the pandemic began, basically. Some say this, some say that.

    In the end, companies with a nice Work from Home policy will have the edge over companies who don’t, given the rest is more or less the same. So, companies who really need people in the office will have to pay more. or offer more Vacation. Or more something else.
