,and anonmyized group of patients which includes trump in there (somehow if this even possible).
Physicians will have to evaluate the patients anonymously, and through there also they’d need to validate their accuracy by also diagnosising other patients as positive findings and others and negative findings in order to have their assessment be valid.
That way it eliminates bias and ensures validity.

The people who support him don’t believe science or facts, so this doesn’t matter. Those of us who are concerned by this probably came to this conclusion far before doctors told us so.
Trump’s cancerous “base” wouldn’t care if he was drooling and shitting his pants onstage. They’d still support him. Most of these people literally have nothing else in their lives other than their lousy jobs, ugly husbands or wives, meth, booze and their slummy houses in the middle of nowhere. Problem is that his supporters don’t listen to or trust training and experience.
Cults don’t recognize anything wrong when it comes to their fearless leaders.
When he glitched out at that one rally recently, it wasn’t just the jumbled alphabet that came out of his mouth, it was what his face did when it happened that caught my attention. His eyes instantly got big and his face seemed to momentarily seize which was the exact moment the garble happened. I recognized it because my mother who had dementia did the same thing. One moment she’d be napping or just chilling in her recliner her mind somewhere else that was not in reality, then suddenly with no warning her eyes would get huge, face would freeze, and her hands and legs would go straight out and she’d have a mini seizure. She’d try to mumble my name or her sisters name and you could see her fear despite what was happening. Doctors told me that it was all dementia related and due to her advanced age there wasn’t anything they could do but for me to just make her as comfortable as possible and continue to monitor her. That went on for about a year and a half before she passed away.
When I saw what Trumps face did it reminded me of she went through. Those around him are horrible people to begin with but to continually parade him about and to encourage him to run for POTUS when he has an obvious mental instability is just another level of evil. And no I do not feel sorry for him as a person as I think he is a horrible, horrible human being; I just think there are those around him who are taking advantage of his mental state to further their own evil agendas.
Too bad his narcissistic personality disorder didn’t get this level of scrutiny. His NPD is what got us all in this trouble in the first place.
His supporters don’t care. He could walk out on stage actively assaulting a child and/or puppy and he wouldn’t lose that many followers. Our society has fallen that low.
