  1. Part of laying minefields is graphing them, how does this do that?

  2. It’s so cute, you just want to pet it! Come here, come here!

  3. Litter the land with explosives to be completely useless for all who inhabit for decades to come. Brilliant strategy.

  4. simple and clever solution to a problem, well done. Maybe some fine tuning but this should get mines emplaced with little danger to friendly sappers.

  5. That is probably light enough that it doesn’t sink in the muddy conditions. If not, they should put wider tires on to spread the weight out even more. A gps and contact switch at the back of the mine tray could log the locations of mines automatically for them, too.

  6. This is so fucked up. But also, like watching an entry level CS student discover Factorio. Lets automate together.

  7. Ukraine will have some of the best drone-based militaries after this war is over.

  8. Brilliant. Effective. Deadly.

Putin done fucked up trying to invade Ukraine.

  9. Pretty brilliant design. Make it as simple as possible, less components means less points of potential failure. And I’m sure these are quite cheap to produce as well. That’s Ukrainian ingenuity.

  10. I like how this probably cost around 10k to build and some defense company will copy and sell it to the US military in five years for 200k.

  11. Hopefully some day it’s just robots fighting each other.

  12. Makes sense. No soldiers needed. Easy to make and with good efficiency. Must have been around 20+
