  10. I love watching these bad bois go up in flames. Minimal casualties involved, easy target, heavy loss in very expensive infrastructure.

  14. These oil refineries getting hit isn’t just bad for oil production and income for Putin. If they do shift production to further reaches Ukraine will probably just target infrastructure that transports the oil. I think most important to this is the fact that the Russians might lose moral to support this war. A flame spreads fast and I know for certain that word has spread fast about Russian people being in danger to drone strikes. So I hope that Russians will come to senses and start to lose trust in Putin and the war

  16. I guess they don’t have enough spare AA equipment (or even just machine gunners?) to place around their oil refineries? Based on the lack of gunfire, there wasn’t even any attempt to shoot down the drone.

  20. This is quite different from the risky WW2 era mass bombings where hundreds of bombers might miss the main target, and losses would very high. They are hitting the most critical parts of the infrastructure. And while Germany was able to produce everything on their own, modern refineries are complex and require a lot of materials and components that will be hard to come by due to the sanctions.
