This is a junk lawsuit. They were in a combat zone. Everyone knew it. No secret there. No secret about ruzzian shell fire either. War correspondents saddly do get killed from time to time. No secret there either.

Who would have thought being a war correspondent could be dangerous … or that you are wearing a bullet proof vest and combat helmet for an actual purpose.
War correspondents risk their lives every time they report from the front line, unfortunately artillery shells, and missiles dont read press credentials, but if “Faux News” is repressing truth, which they do all the time, then by all means sue them…its not the same as IDF who actually targets journalists on purpose to silence genocide…
