Honestly speaking, facing Madrid given the form we’ve been in is going to be scary
Who’s gonna win, madrids half dead team or city’s drug high team
Even Real Madrid fans said the Etihad was rocking and scary last season, same energy lads. I’ll be there
Bring it On Madrid Cunts!
This is such a favorable draw. The powers that be want to see us in the final again.
The 2nd leg at home is huge. We’ve faced Real 4 times in the Champions League knockouts and the home side in the 2nd leg has progressed every time.
Apart from the typical optimism, I find it intriguing how excessively confident some of us become. We’ve witnessed similar scenarios against Chelsea and Liverpool this year, where our confidence surged upon seeing their line-ups, yet we ended up with draws in all four matches. Considering it’s Real Madrid, especially with the addition of Bellingham, and our form being worse since the 2019/2020 season, we need to reset our overconfidence from last season and approach this game with a fresh perspective. Real Madrid seems motivated to seek revenge for our actions against them last year. They’re the last team I would feel comfortable facing if we’re seeking a positive outcome, regardless of our past victories against them.
Will Grealish be available by then? He was immense during last season. Holding the ball, racking up fouls, his cuntness and of course his work rate.
Doku is nice and has talent but I prefer Grealish over him.
Bro we don’t have gundo and mahrez and with our current form I think we’re coming back home Ngl
