1. Destroying oil infrastructure hits Putin where he’s most vulnerable, and way more humane than bombing apartment buildings.

2. Depending on what got hit, the parts may not be replaceable due to the sanctions. Anything with ball bearings or ICs is going to be a long time coming to fix anything.
