  1. I didn’t know Russians were that much into St. Patrick’s Day.

  2. Can’t the Russians just use the ballot papers from the previous election? It won’t make any difference.

  3. “Welp, guess we just have to assume those votes we can’t read anymore were all for Putin.”

  4. Props to them for taking a stand against Russia’s farce of a democracy, hopefully they can keep that trend going strong.

  5. Not surprisingly, a ballot box full of green dye = votes for putin

  6. That would be super inconvenient if anyone had been planning on counting the votes.

  7. I thought they called this election before the election?

  8. “Investigators in the Rostov region later announced a criminal case against a 62-year-old man on charges of obstruction of voting rights”

Obstruction of voting rights! Don’t make me laugh. A Dictatorship with a transparent and paper thin resemblance to a democratic process doesn’t have voting rights.

  9. Just so happens all the ballots in those boxes were voting for people who aren’t Putin….

  10. WE MUST ALL CONGRATULATE VLADIMIR ON HIS LANDSLIDE WIN. DAY 1.

  11. I like the phrase “voters rights”. Like Russians have any rights let alone voter rights! Nothing like voting at gun point to make sure the one and only box you can check off is done!

  12. My grandpa used to polish my coins with Zelyonka before I put them in my collection like 25 years ago.

(I’m aware polishing coins is bad, I was 10-11 at the time lol)
